ACCIDENTAL DEATH OF AN ANARCHIST by Dario Fo

A terror suspect “accidentally” falls from the fourth storey window of a police station. There is public outrage, a police inquiry and probably an exposé on 4 Corners, but nothing is done.

So, what’s a poor, justice-seeking, borderline-psychotic to do?  Why, take the authorities on a manic, confusing, but, ultimately revelatory ride through a series of more elaborate and less believable costume changes.

Join us in a story where the ‘Maniac’ is clearly the sanest character, the government celebrates obstruction and the police fall over each other to shoot themselves in the foot.

This is political absurdity at it’s best. This is Dario Fo’s Accidental Death of an Anarchist, presented by Darwin Theatre Company.
