With a public vote open for submissions throughout March, we’ll be selecting an exciting new Australian full-length theatre work for a script-in-hand performance. Audiences can expect one of the country’s most watched new voices, with a fresh script seen and heard in the NT for the first time.

There’s plenty to choose from, from past winners at the Griffin, Helpmann, and Premier’s awards, to new work from the fringe circuit or on Australian Plays Transform. We want to hear from you!

How will it work?

Submit the play you want to see read
Brown’s Mart will then approach shortlisted playwrights for the rights to present their play
Once we have our script confirmed, Brown’s Mart will pull the team of Directors and Actors together to create a script-in-hand performance of the work.
Tickets will go on sale one month prior to the show.
