Artistic Associates
Applications for Brown’s Mart Artistic Associates are now open. The Artistic Associates are the key artistic leadership roles for the organisation and are responsible for the design and development of Brown’s Mart programs, engagement with artists and communities, and ensuring the programs are reflective of NT stories and experiences.
Successful candidates will have a strong background in performance/performing arts, are interested and experienced in a collaborative and consultative approach and will be integral in advocating for and supporting the Northern Territory performing arts ecology.

Technical Manager
The Technical Manager is responsible for all technical aspects and associated staffing of the Brown’s Mart Precinct. They run Brown’s Mart’s Equipment Hire Service and work with other Brown’s Mart team members facilitating the smooth operations of Brown’s Mart’s programs.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of five years’ experience in technical operations and equipment, including maintenance, high-level organisational skills, the capacity to work with competing priorities, and an ability to manage flexible hours of work.

Front of House Team
Brown's Mart is looking for Front of House Team members. We have Staff and Volunteer roles available.
Our FOH team is the welcoming and friendly face of all Brown's Mart events. They work together to sell tickets, usher shows, sell drinks, and answer questions at our Arts Info Desk. These roles are highly sought after as we offer above award wages, a fun work environment, and the opportunity to see and be a part of the behind the scenes of Brown's Mart.
All of our roles have full training available for the right applicants, previous experience is not required.
Late Night Weekend Staff
Late Night Staff for Friday & Saturday shifts 8:30pm - 1:30am.
Duties include ticket sales, bar, end of night clean up, and being a friendly & helpful presence at our late night events.
The ideal applicant will be available for both shifts most weekends.
Daytime Info Desk Staff & Volunteers
Paid and volunteer roles available on our Arts Info Desk Mon-Saturday.

Show Usher Volunteers
