Darwin’s Brown’s Mart Joins National AusArt Day with 6-Hour Phone-a- Thon
On Thursday 22 October, Brown's Mart will host its 2nd annual phone-a-thon. Phones will be manned by Brown's Mart artists, community leaders and theatre favourites.
This AusArt Day, thanks to Creative Australia and the Sally Thomas Circle of donors(opens in new tab), Brown's Mart are matching your donation $ for $, up to $16,000! Your donation goes towards the creation of new shows by Northern Territorians. New works. New voices. Answer the call for the arts, and give to a healthy regional arts ecosystem at Brown's Mart.
The event will include live calls, special appearances, hourly donation tally updates and plenty of theatrical fun, with proceeds directly supporting Brown’s Mart’s work in developing artists and producing new Territory stories.
