MEET THE TEAM
Elizabeth (Liz) Rogers, born and raised in Darwin, is excited to join the Brown’s Mart team after working with other Northern Territory Leading Arts Organisations such as Artback NT (2016-2021), Gary Lang NT Dance Company (2022-2024) and Darwin Festival (2015). She has produced and toured musicals, children’s shows, dance, contemporary music, cabaret and more, travelling to 13 different countries across Australasia, Europe and the Middle East. She has worked with commercial, not-for-profit and independent theatre groups. A passionate advocate for the work created in the NT, Elizabeth continues to platform artists and connect them with growing audiences. Her strong production and design background informs the development of new work that she helps to produce and tour.

Yvette Walker (she/her), a descendent of the Waanyi people of the Gulf of Carpentaria, with heritage also of Scottish, Indonesian and Chinese was born in Cloncurry, Queensland. With a creative industries trajectory spanning two decades, Walker studied the performing arts in the early 2000's at ACPA after making her professional acting debut in 1996 in 'The Dreamer's' by Jack Davis, directed by Wesley Enoch produced by Kooemba Jdarra. Walker has a diversified arts and culture portfolio that has seen her in the roles of creative producer, executive producer, director, dramaturg, talent manager and programmer, as well as being a creative herself in writing and acting. Walker has worked with some of Australia's most prominent First Nations talents including Leah Purcell, Miranda Tapsell, Luke Carrol, Deborah Mailman and Andrea James. Most recently Walker was a panel member on the First Nations Arts and Culture Panel for the State Government of Queensland via Arts Queensland, was the Executive Producer for Miriki Performing Arts, Executive Producer for Alice Prize winning film 'Janjari' by Dr. Fiona Foley, and Co-Director of Strong House Arts with Naomi Wenitong and Balla Neba.

Francesca Sculli (she/her) has a background in visual and performing arts and a BA in Media Arts. She has worked in a diverse range of roles within the arts industry and brings a strong level of experience in both independent performance art and the community arts sector. Francesca has held positions at Melbourne’s Women’s Circus, Footscray Community Arts Centre, Footscray Flyers and Westside Circus and worked with organisations such as National Institute of Circus Arts and La Mama Theatre. Francesca has enjoyed walking through the doors of Brown’s Mart to find herself a new home as Venue Hire Manager.

Tahlia Biggs is a proud Barkindji Nhuungku and Ngiyamppa Wangaaypuwan, born and raised on Wiradjuri and Duduroa country. With a wealth of diverse experience in youth engagement, community development, leadership programming, and advocacy, Tahlia is determined to amplify voices and reshape narratives through storytelling.
Tahlia also performed in "The 7 Stages of Grieving" by Wesley Enoch and Deborah Mailman, produced by Brown's Mart, and "Bungambrawatha" in collaboration with Black Border Theatre and HotHouse Theatre.

Hannah Illingworth (she/her) is a visual artist who works in multiple roles across community arts and the events industry. Since returning to the Top End Hannah has produced, promoted and documented a range of events. She has had an ongoing role with LAUNCH Darwin coordinating their annual media program for young people whilst assisting with the management of their social media. She also works as a beginner skateboarding coach, spray painting and mural facilitator and a muralist. Hannah founded Babes Paint Darwin and Queens of the Amp and in addition to this she has worked with the Darwin Fringe Festival since 2016, filling the role of Director since 2020.

Naomi Hook (she/her) is a versatile artist with a passion for all artistic expressions. Over the past decade, she has made significant contributions to the Performing Arts Industry across the NT and QLD, taking on various roles both on and off the stage. With experience as a Sound Engineer, Stage Manager, and Production Manager, she has successfully overseen productions for festivals and events featuring Australian artists such as Wairuk Band, Boy and Bear, and The Presets. Naomi particularly thrives on the challenge of assisting community groups and emerging artists in delivering high-quality events, regardless of their budget, while inspiring them to chase their artistic aspirations.

Tiffany Jansen (she/her) is a dedicated technician who has worked in many theatres and venues in the NT and around Australia. Travelling to work in Perth for Fringe world, Adelaide for Adelaide Fringe and Melbourne for the International Comedy Festival and has worked as part of the arts industry for 10 years. Working with and for some major local companies in the Nt, she has worked up her skills and talent for the backstage life. Tiffany is joining the amazing Brown's Mart team as Technical Manager and brings positivity and fun. Leading teams and making sure that everyone follows the rules, but also creatively making dreams happen under the lights of the stage.
