Giving to Brown’s Mart champions local artists and stories
No matter how large or small, your contribution is vital to the support of new, local and First Nations artists, the stories they tell, and the work they make.
Brown’s Mart supports these artists through initiatives such as Build Up, the Brown’s Mart Residency and our First Nations Program. Help us grow these programs so that we can share more of these unique Northern Territory stories with our visitors here and audiences across Australia.

Sally Thomas Circle $3,000+
The Sally Thomas Circle is filled with individuals that have a strong passion and connection for theatre in Darwin. Sally Thomas AC is a champion of the arts and justice. Her significant contribution to the Northern Territory also includes being the first woman appointed as Judge of the Court and was Administrator from 2011 - 2014. She has many fond memories of theatre in Darwin across the years having been delighted by the freedom and opportunities for people to express themselves, her love of the arts beginning through her father, Geoffrey A Thomas, who was a playwright in the UK.
Joining the Sally Thomas Circle is to join a group of people who are fiercely supportive of Brown's Mart, its history and its place in Australia. They are building a legacy of opportunity for Northern Territorians of all backgrounds. Your contribution also opens up invitations to connect with the group, attend playreadings, works in development and opening night events. We look forward to welcoming you to the circle and adding your name to the digital honour board.
